OCT-2025 US shipping update
Currently I am only able to ship comics and print to the US through POSTNL.
These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Products delegated to DHL shipment: Pins, Keychains, Necklaces.
Shipping information:
All shipments are sent with POSTNL, this will transfer to your local/national post service.
All shipments depart from The Netherlands / EU.
Standard service for envelopes are untracked to reduced shipping price.
Shipping price estimates:
Untracked Envelope Netherlands: 2.62 - 4.10 EUR
Untracked 100g envelope: 6 EUR
Untracked 350g envelope: 8 EUR
Following options are tentatively available: Tracked shipments, please contact me for these options.
EUR1: 12.00EUR
EUR2: 14.50EUR
ROW: 23.50EUR
EUR1: Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden.
EUR2: all other countries in Europe (excl. Russia).
ROW: (Rest Of the World) all other countries (incl. Russia).
Note that some countries may charge import taxes, VAT, duties or additional handling fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient. This includes the nature of the content. Should you order adult content artworks it is the responsibility of the recipient.
Currently I am unable to ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Pitcairn Islands, Somalia, Syria, Yemen, and Zaire.
Shipping times:
NL: 1 to 5 work days
EU: 3 to 5 work days
ROW: 5 to 30 work days [USA and AUS sadly have long delays.]
Return, Refunds, Missing packages.
Returns: Within 14 days of receipt. Costs of returning are for the customer.
Refunds: If the product arrives damaged I will offer a refund or replacement.
Missing/Lost packages: Please contact me at info@redelice.com with your order number. I will check with the carrier. First lost package is eligible for a replacement order.
Compensation due to customer negligence will not be provided. Examples:

failure to pick up shipments at your local customs / postal office.
